By accessing or using the GMX platform ("the Platform"), operated by SciVerra Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to patients, medical facilities, healthcare providers, and any other users.
2. Service Description
GMX is a healthcare marketplace and operations platform that connects patients with medical facilities (hospitals, radiology centers, outpatient clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories). The Platform provides: provider discovery and comparison, booking request submission, digital result delivery via secure links and WhatsApp, and cloud-based operational tools for medical facilities (RIS, PACS, billing, inventory, HR, pharmacy management).
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations.
4. Medical Disclaimer
GMX is a technology platform that facilitates booking, provider discovery, and result delivery. GMX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information displayed on the Platform, including provider listings, service descriptions, and drug information, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
5. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Medical facilities must provide valid registration and licensing documentation. GMX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of SciVerra Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. The GMX name and logo are trademarks of SciVerra Tech.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SciVerra Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from: inability to book an appointment, delayed or missing results, data transmission errors, or service interruptions. GMX does not guarantee the accuracy of provider listings or availability of services.
8. Termination
GMX may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
